Circa $65000 + Uncapped OTE + Benefits


The candidate will work strategically to drive the growth of the portfolio across sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, speaker acquisition and overall attendance. They will spearhead the sponsorship and exhibition sales by securing the higher yielding sponsorship deals. The sales component will be a key part of the role.


Ideal candidate:

  • Someone looking to increase their sales acumen and responsibilities while owning an event portfolio.
  • Experience selling either transactional sales or more ideally, needs based or consultative sales
  • Understanding of conference production, marketing and experience management of events (specifically expos would be beneficial but not required).
  • Proactive, ambitious and disciplined professional to drive sales through sales trips, face-to-face meetings and spends at least 1-2 hours on the phone every day.
  • Change agitator that wants to drive industries forward.
  • Results driven individual who has surpassed targets set and takes ownership of projects.
  • Ability to engage prospects in a vision of what the event will look like – ‘concept selling’ as opposed to requiring a finished product to make sales.
  • Willingness to prospect on own and create new leads for themselves.
