My Client….

Is an innovative US based business known for developing engaging, content-driven conferences and partnered events for industry audiences including: Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Diagnostic, Contract Research Organization, Hospital Networks, Physicians, Communications and others, due to a record year & continued growth a role has arisen for a talented Sponsorship Director to lead a small team whilst leading from the front on personal sales.

The Role…..

Is for a driven sales professional responsible for securing and managing conference sponsors and exhibitors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Outreach to prospective and existing clients to help generate sponsorship and exhibit sales
  • Follow up with ongoing leads furnished from our internal marketing systems
  • Secondary market research to better understand client needs
  • Key account management and maintenance
  • Support for production and marketing efforts to ensure successful program execution
  • Managing a small team of Sponsorship Sales professionals.

Desired Skills and Experience….. Experience in conference sales is required ideally within the Pharma/Medical/Life Sciences space.
