Membership Services Manager – B2B Finance Sector

This is a unique opportunity for an individual to join a financial media business focusing on their growing membership organization. Playing a pivotal, front of house role in the evolution and ongoing growth and success of a private global members club. They are looking for a highly motivated team player, who has proven experience of membership management with the ability to communicate and service high level individuals ideally from a b2b membership background. A proactive approach is a key for this candidate to excel in the role. Business development or sales experience would be preferable.


The Role will include:

  • Renew existing Members against set targets
  • Provide support, intelligence, connections and networking opportunities to members
  • Manage existing Members in line with their objectives
  • Organise and manage membership events
  • Liaise with membership service providers
  • Manage all social media in line with PR & Website campaigns
  • Report weekly on membership KPI’s
  • Attend Events




  • The ideal candidate needs to be innovative and creative and will be joining an established Membership organization in Central London.
  • You will be required to manage & renew existing memberships.
  • Support new member acquisition meetings.
  • Drive forward new value deliverables for members.
  • Implement weekly mail shot campaigns.
  • Work closely with member Service providers.
  • Will be familiar & pro-actively engage with a CRM software
  • Reporting weekly to the Department Head.
  • Responsible for keeping to an agreed budget on renewals and operations


Member Servicing  

  • Manage membership renewals in accordance with set goals.
  • Responsible for production, logistics and content for all events.
  • Will facilitate member introductions on a global scale.
  • Will create & implement marketing strategies for the membership.
  • Build and update member profiles.
  • Distribute research, publications and data to members.
  • Where possible meet with speakers and thought leaders who may engage with the membership.
  • Update all member details & run deals through the CRM
  • Ensure compliance with best business practice.
