The remit of this role is to manage, develop, and supervise the delivery of the business’ marketing strategy across a variety of digital channels in order to increase delegate ticket sales and promote events across the international brand portfolio, this will involve management as well

as maintaining focus on building and growing the client’s events & training portfolios.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns for each event in alignment with company objectives, the overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop new marketing methods which improve ROI and brand awareness
  • Use customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to inform strategy and build successful campaigns
  • Working closely day to day with Marketing Executives to deliver marketing campaigns to deadline
  • Establish, target, run, analyze and interrogate paid social campaigns



  • Working closely with the events and sponsorship teams to deliver content
  • Contributing innovative and creative ideas to support campaign development
  • Retaining an oversight of content production across all channels for each campaign
  • Maintain and develop a variety of social media channels for the purposes of branding, community growth and lead generation, interacting with sponsors, speakers, media partners and industry influencers


Design & Brand

  • Steer event branding, messaging, tone of voice and website planning, ensuring consistency across all brands and channels
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for digital and print output.


Partnership Management:

  • Work with external creative agencies and freelancers to produce collateral across all channels
  • Maintain and develop partnerships with key suppliers, media partners, associations and key influencers in order to increase market reach
  • Negotiate contra deals with external partners to maximize conference exposure
  • Responsible for ensuring Marketing function fulfils contractual requirements of sponsors and partners
  • Working with Sponsorship and Ops teams to develop creative ideas for Sponsorship packages and collaborations


Skills & Knowledge

  • Demonstrable multi-channel engagement and attraction skills
  • Ability to maintain and deliver on marketing plans in line with company objectives
  • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing best practice, channels, and analytics tools
  • A day to day focus on data, analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in use of CRM systems / data segmentation
  • Applies a strategic, commercial approach
  • Self-driven and results orientated
  • Creative problem solver and effective decision maker
