Summary: Heading up a new sales division that reports directly into the CCO of this newly independent business. Building of a sales team to report into you, responsible for securing new partners and clients, selling integrated digital media and events lead-generation packages.

 

Looking for an intelligent and campaign based Head of New Business who wants to move away from one-off event / ad sales and package up integrated marketing campaigns to meet new client demands in an evolving media space.

 

Head of Business Development

The Head of Business Development will be leading the sales division. Driving new business for the client’s integrated marketing and event campaigns and managing the solutions consultants. Generating product development ideas is also a key part of the role from the conversations you are having.

 

Outcomes:

  • Developing the new business strategy to hit sales targets
  • Pitching new clients to be client partners
  • Responsible for individual and team sales targets each month
  • Driving new business development
  • Helping shape the strategic direction to respond effectively to client needs

 

KPIs:

  • Individual sales target per month – £40k per month average
  • Overall team target to manage
  • Pitches and proposals per week
