My client is regarded as the world’s largest community designed to inspire and support the emerging C-Suite executives focused on Data, Analytics, Information Security, the Customer and Digital Innovation, a role has now arisen for an experienced Global Head of CRM ideally from the Media or Professional Services sector.
The Role…Reporting to and working closely with the Group Marketing Director and the Director of Data & Analytics, you will be an integral part of our collaborative global team. The central role will work strategically and tactically to plan, deliver and lead our CRM platform activities ensuring that we are supporting our internal clients accessing value-add information to support marketing and business development activities and is key to the processing and reporting of CRM data on behalf of the group.
You will line manage Database Administrators who will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of activities, updates and data quality changes to our data.
Previous experience of managing a CRM platform and delivering CRM support in a professional services environment
Understanding of HubSpot
Exposure Marketing Automation technology
Experience devising and generating user friendly reports from complex datasets
Power BI experience desirable
