Global Head of CRM Platform and Insights Specialist Location: Home based role, with some degree of flexi-working  

 

My client is regarded as the world’s largest community designed to inspire and support the emerging C-Suite executives focused on Data, Analytics, Information Security, the Customer and Digital Innovation, a role has now arisen for an experienced Global Head of CRM ideally from the Media or Professional Services sector.

The Role…Reporting to and working closely with the Group Marketing Director and the Director of Data & Analytics, you will be an integral part of our collaborative global team. The central role will work strategically and tactically to plan, deliver and lead our CRM platform activities ensuring that we are supporting our internal clients accessing value-add information to support marketing and business development activities and is key to the processing and reporting of CRM data on behalf of the group.

You will line manage Database Administrators who will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of activities, updates and data quality changes to our data.

  • Ownership of the CRM, responsible for reviewing how the company is using the CRM platform (HubSpot) and looking at ways to maximise its use throughout the company, providing vision and leadership
  • Work closely with senior management in all business functions to define and agree the CRM platform strategy
  • Develop annual budgets and plans for the support and development of the CRM platform
  • Responsible for the management and manipulation of data from external systems and integrations with the CRM platform
  • Monitor trends and supply actionable insight to key stakeholders, through either HubSpot or PowerBI
  • Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards as required for marketing and sales
  • Work to continuously increase the level of automation and data security throughout the business
  • Management of database administrators

Specifically:

  • Establish cost of acquisition per channel in HubSpot, setting up reports for marketing to track channel performance to ensure delivery and inform future strategy
  • Assist with accurate attribution to optimise marketing campaigns
  • Set up and implement a lead scoring methodology for Sales Deals
  • Be the business’ expert in marketing sales automation, tasked with leveraging maximum return from HubSpot
  • Work with the marketing team on designing effective CRM programs across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention

Experience Required…

Previous experience of managing a CRM platform and delivering CRM support in a professional services environment

Understanding of HubSpot

Exposure Marketing Automation technology

Experience devising and generating user friendly reports from complex datasets

Power BI experience desirable

  • Previous experience of managing a CRM platform and delivering CRM support in a professional services environment
  • Understanding of HubSpot
  • Exposure Marketing Automation technology
  • Experience devising and generating user friendly reports from complex datasets
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook
  • Power BI experience desirable
  • Knowledge of international markets an advantage
