Commercial Sponsorship Manager – Remote/London

£Up to £42000 + OTE



The Role:

Experienced Commercial Manager required to work on some of my client’s highly successful, international events.


The role will involve managing established clients and territories as well as delivering significant new business to the portfolio.  This will include delivering organic growth to existing events plus working to deliver new revenue as we diversify market reach – a good mix of account management and new business generation.


The candidate must be a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who is keen to work in a fast paced and rewarding industry, who can make a commercial impact quickly.


The Commercial Manager is expected to:

    • Research, identify and close new business
    • Management of key accounts around the globe – understanding clients ongoing objectives and delivering growing revenue from these clients across multiple events with well designed, long term packages.
    • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior level decision makers , using a highly consultative sales process
    • Travel extensively to visit clients
  • Work closely with the research and production team to create powerful and pertinent events for specialist geographical areas
  • Represent the client at key events around the globe and keep the brand at the very top of the markets


Person – Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years conference sales experience
  • Delivered high amounts of personal revenue
  • International experience
  • Strategic input
  • Managing own sales campaigns
  • Client facing experience
