My Client…Is an exciting young & innovative business specialising in PR, Communications & Events to the fast growing Energy & Environmental markets, Following a period of sustained growth, they are looking for an experienced, analytical and client focused sales executive to take responsibility for driving sales for both conferences and events programmes (digital & in-person) as well as their media brand advertising partnerships.
The Role…is focused on scaling up outbound and inbound media and event sales activity for the client, across the Conference Series, Awards Programmes, Webinars & Advertising Sales.
The Candidate… must be an ambitious self-starter, with proven sales and business development experience. The right candidate will be looking to join a fast-growing media, marketing & events business and gain a valuable insight into the changing dynamics that exist within the global renewable energy markets. Ideally you will be degree-educated with at least two years of sales and key account management experience, strong CRM analytics experience (Hubspot certified) and exceptional attention to detail. The candidate will have a proven track record for hitting and exceeding agreed sales targets.
Training…Through a combination of on-the-job training, mentoring, and formal instruction, the right candidate will continue to develop their core commercial, sales and marketing skills in order to understand and implement best practice protocols. Training and development includes a mix of internal and external courses and a collaborative working is encouraged.
