Business Development Manager – Life Science Events (Delegate Relationship Builder)
Compensation: £27,000 basic pa, £38,000 OTE
London UK (Some Travel)
My client… is an influential community of senior life science decision makers that produces world class content, conferences and events for C-suite executives, investors and pharma deal makers, through expansion they are looking for a vital new member of the team to join the sales force and help further grow the portfolio.
The Role…You will initially be responsible for selling delegate passes, showcase presentations and VIP tables across flagship events. If you’re successful, the role will quickly provide a fast track to sponsorship sales opportunities and you’ll receive full training in this regard.
About you…You’ll need to be organised, extremely proactive, adaptable, professional and personable and you’ll need to relish a demanding fast moving environment and opportunities to be outside your comfort zone and learning new skills. Most of all you’ll need to be an exceptional team player – always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a task gets done.
